Sara Furlong

Sara is a writer, author, story editor and creative director with twenty years of experience. As a graduate of the Radio and Televisions Arts program from The Toronto Metropolitan University Sara received her education from the best in the business and has gone on to work as a professional writer in many different aspects of the media industry.

Sara has worked as a script doctor and story editor for the feature films, Milton’s Secret, and Little Italy and helped create and develop the TV Series, Our Family Vacation. Sara also has two feature films in the early development stage, if you’re curious to know more feel free to ask her about it!

Along with working in film and television Sara is also a published author. Her first novel, The Purple Raccoon, is out now and her second novel, Do You Know Who Killed Me?, will be coming out in early 2023.  Sara also created and self- published a line of mystery activity books for kids called, The Junior Detective Agency and has more on the way.

Sara is an advertising writer and creative director who has created hundreds of commercials with her other company, WhirlyGig Creative Inc. She has also been featured as an expert  on TV and podcasts and has written many blog posts and ample social media content for both her own brand, Have More Fun, and others.
