The upshot is that it doesn’t burn on the way down. I would drink this all day over all other vodkas. Goose won’t melt in your mouth, but I’d pick it over Pinnacle. I just have to say that Pinnacle’s Whipped Cream Vodka is Awesome! 40%, Unflavored vodka is defined in the US as a "neutral" spirit devoid of color, aroma, and taste, however, the finest unflavored vodkas are served neat and do have a subtle taste, sometimes of the base grain or ingredient, citrus or even anise. However, every other flavor, especially citrus, mixed with Fresca is the absolute bomb, never a hang over despite how screwed you get, which speaks to itself as to the quality of the brand even if the price is low. There are some great vodkas that hide in the middle shelf because of their price, but can easily take on the big dogs on the top shelf. I mostly come away disappointed by the expensive vodkas because plenty aren’t offering more than a middle shelf vodka does.
